Refund Policy

At Velora Labs LLP, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and subscription cancellations are handled.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases made on Velora Labs LLP platforms (including apps, SaaS tools, and digital services) are non-refundable by default.
  • By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to this policy.

2. Exception Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

a) Duplicate Payment

  • If you are charged more than once for the same service

b) Payment Successful but Service Not Delivered

  • If payment is completed but access to the service is not provided

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only for eligible cases):

Please include:

  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction ID / Payment proof
  • Date of transaction
  • Description of the issue

Incomplete details may delay or reject your request.

4. Refund Review Process

  • All requests are reviewed internally
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Velora Labs LLP
  • Raising a request does not guarantee approval

5. Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Subscription & AutoPay Policy

For subscriptions enabled via UPI AutoPay, cards, or other recurring payment methods:

a) User Responsibility

  • Users are advised to manage or cancel AutoPay directly from their UPI app / bank app / payment platform

b) Cancellation via Velora Labs

  • You may also request cancellation by emailing: info@veloralabs.com (from your registered email ID)

c) Processing Time

  • AutoPay cancellation requests will be processed within up to 72 working hours

d) Important Note

  • If AutoPay is not cancelled before the billing cycle, the next charge may still be processed
  • Velora Labs LLP will not be responsible for charges due to delayed cancellation requests

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of services
  • Subscription already active or consumed
  • Failure to cancel AutoPay before renewal
  • Incorrect purchase made by the user
